Measuring 5' round and 10" thick, this larger than life block weighs in at an astonishing 1,000 pounds! No smoke or mirrors were used in the making of this beauty. It is 100% solid hard rock maple all the way through.

Buddy Valastro, owner of Carlo's Bake Shop in Hoboken and star of TLC's Cake Boss, will begin operating his new 32,000 square foot space at Lackwanna Center in Jersey City, NJ. John Boos' involvement includes 2-1/4" thick hard rock maple bakery tops which Buddy and his team can be seen using on the TLC’s TV show Cake Boss.
